Terms and Conditions
A $50.00 deposit will be needed to confirm your time slot and will be deducted from your total after your event has taken place. Should you need to reschedule or rebook, please do so 5 days or more in advance. You will be charged $25.00 for each rescheduled event. Should you need to cancel or reschedule less than the 5 days notice, your $50.00 deposit will not be returned.
Your booking is based on the number of participants you selected. Should you need to add another participant please contact us. If you should have less attendees on the day feel free to decorate that attendees cake and take it home or we can pack it in a DIY box which you can do later on. Please have confirmation of attendees 5 days prior to your event so we can prepare everything accordingly.
Please report any allergies in advance. Garden Bakery and it’s associates will not be held liable for any dietary allergy reactions.
As this is a food product there will be absolutely no returns or exchanges due to health concerns. Add ons are also non-refundable.
Please note that your guests are your responsibility. If someone happens to drop the cake it is not our responsibility to give another one for free. We can however offer a new one in replacement of the dropped cake for $20.00 extra to be added onto your existing bill.
